I only accept payment via PayPal in USD.

I will send you a PayPal invoice. Please wait and do not send me any type of payment until I have confirmed to work on your commission & send you the invoice.

Payment is required to be sent 100% upfront.

If the total is $100 or more, I will allow 50/50. 50% upfront, 50% before the final stage begins (“final stage” meaning: if you order a full-render style, the 2nd half should be transferred after the base color is done, before I apply shadow/lighting)

If there’s any issues that may cause a delay in payment, please contact me immediately. If payment isn’t made in 48 hours and you are uncontactable, the commission will be canceled.

Additional fees may apply for pets, complicated outfits/objects/backgrounds, character design from scratch, or any extra props.

Additional character(s) are charged 80% of the original price.

This commission is for digital artwork, and there will be no physical shipment included.

No refunds unless I cancel the project myself.

After I confirm an available slot, you're required to fill out the Commission Form.

I will message you to discuss more details.

After everything is approved, I will send you the PayPal invoice. I will not begin working before I receive payment.

Once payment is approved, the process generally consists of: sketching, line-art, base color, rendering. It may vary depending on your commission type.

I accept (encourage even!) as many references or visual details before I begin sketching to minimize revisions later.

I will send you updates in the form of WIP (Work in Progress) images throughout the process.

Timeline may vary depending on complexity & revisions. The quickest I can do is 1 week for a simple full-rendered piece. If you have a deadline, please let me know immediately.

I will inform you if there's any delays.

You will receive the illustration in JPEG & PNG (when applicable) with the minimum resolution of 2000 x 2000 px, 300 dpi. (you can request different sizes & format depending on your needs)

You are entitled to 2 major revisions (changing pose, angle, etc.) and 3 minor revisions (changing expressions, accessories, etc.)

If I miss out on any initial requests, then the mistake is on me & I won't add that into the revision count.

Any extra revisions requested in addition to those above will require additional fees. (starts at $5)

Artworks from these commission prices are intended for personal use only.

You can post or use the artwork in any platform, as well as print or create any form of physical reproduction of the artwork, as long as it’s for personal use.

Any commercial use requires additional fees (you can contact me for any inquiries). I consider “commercial” as: any form of physical print or digital display that’s intended to generate profits.

I have the right to post your commissioned piece and WIPs in my social media or as my portfolio, unless stated otherwise.

I do not have the right to sell your commissioned piece in any way.

I have the right to post personal works on social media while working on the commissions.

I do not allow my works to be used in any form of AI/NFT purposes.

My commission is on a first come first serve basis. I do not accept waitlists, you can only fill up available slots at the moment.
